House Rules
Night Watch's Cottage
1) Only guests, who have been registered
for accommodation upon presentation of a valid identity card, valid passport or
other identity document can be accommodated in the facility. The use of cottage
facilities is only allowed for persons who are not affected by infectious
diseases.
2) Guests are required to observe nightly rest from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. It is not necessary to turn off lights and go to sleep, but it is necessary to diminish voice and music production to such a level that avoids deliberate interruption of nightly rest.
3) An animal can be accommodated in the cottage only with direct consent of the cottage landlord and only in the rooms without carpets. The owner of the animal is obliged to prove its state of health by presenting a valid vaccination certificate upon request. - the animal is not allowed to be left unattended by the accommodated guest in the cottage's premises, including rooms - the animal must not rest - lie on the bed or on other facilities that serve guests' rest purposes - baths, showers or bathing sinks cannot be used for washing of the animal - the inventory used for preparation or serving dishes for accommodated guests must not be used for the feeding of the animal - the person who owns the animal is responsible for obeying the night rest between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. - the person accompanying the animal is liable for any damage caused by the animal to the cottage's property. The price for accommodating the animal is amounts to additional 500 CZK to the rental price.
4) The renter and/or guests cannot carry out repairs, any interventions in the electrical network or other installation and dispose of our move the equipment in the room or in common rooms without the lessor's consent.
5) It is not allowed to use your own electrical appliances except for shaving machines, hair dryers and personal computers.
6) Smoking is forbidden throughout the whole building!!!
7) It is permitted to move within the interior of the cottage only after changing / towing from outdoor shoes.
8) The guest is obliged to report any loss of keys to the operator without delay and to cover the damage caused.
9) For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age are not allowed to remain unattended in the cottage. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in all areas of the cottage and its surroundings.
10) The renter is responsible for damages caused by the guest on the property of the cottage according to the valid regulations (according to inventory list).
11) The landlord is not responsible for the things brought by the guest or tenant to the cottage, for money and valuables (ie jewelery, etc.)
12) The cottage can only be accessed by vehicles via the access road and vehicles can only be parked in designated places - it is not allowed to leave the engine running.
13) The entrance to the surrounding parcels, the garden, the forest and the parking space is only at the own risk of the tenant, the guest.
14) Small open fire for the purpose of roasting is only allowed in an open fireplace in the garden fireplace, and it is necessary for the fire to be extinguished properly after completion.
15) It is forbidden to throw wet napkins and similar materials into the waste (washbasins, toilets, etc.), these belong to baskets or bins (we have our own sewage treatment plant, so please do not do add to our job!).
16) At the end of the lease, the tenant is obliged to return the cottage to it's owner in a cleaned condition. Vacuum clean the room with the carpets, wipe the other rooms, bring out the garbage and wash all the used dishes.
17) Each guest staying at this cottage is entitled to comply with these house rules. In the case of intentional violation of the house rules, the owner is entitled to terminate the rental immediately without compensation.
18) The return of the cottage on the day of departure is before 10 a.m. The cottage and its surroundings must be properly cleaned. (apart from the above mentioned: the ash removed from the stove, washed grill grates, unburnt wood stored and placed in the designated place, etc.)

Chata U ponocného
1) Na chalupě mohou být ubytováni pouze hosté, kteří jsou k ubytování přihlášeni po předložení občanského průkazu, platného cestovního pasu nebo jiného dokladu totožnosti. Užívání zařízení chalupy je dovoleno pouze osobám, které nejsou postiženi infekčními nemocemi.
2) V době od 22:00 do 6:00 jsou hosté povinni dodržovat noční klid. Není nutné zhasnout a jít spát, ale hlasové projevy a hudební produkci ztlumit na takovou úroveň, aby nedocházelo k úmyslnému rušení nočního klidu.
3) Zvíře může být umístěno v prostorách chalupy pouze se souhlasem pronajímatele chalupy a v místnostech, kde nejsou koberce. Majitel zvířete je povinen na požádání prokázat jeho nezávadný zdravotní stav předložením platného očkovacího průkazu. - není dovoleno, aby zvíře bylo v prostorách chalupy, a to včetně pokojů, ponecháno bez dozoru ubytovaného hosta - zvíře nesmí odpočívat - ležet na lůžku nebo na ostatním zařízení, které slouží k odpočinku hostů - nelze užívat vany, sprchy nebo umyvadla ke koupání nebo mytí zvířete - ke krmení zvířete nesmí být používán inventář, který slouží k přípravě nebo podávání pokrmů hostům - osoba, která zvíře vlastní, odpovídá za dodržování nočního klidu v době od 22:00 do 6:00 hod - odpovědnost za škody způsobené zvířetem na majetku chalupy má osoba, která zvíře doprovází .Cena za zvíře činí k ceně nájmu + 500,-kč.
4) V pokoji, nebo společenských místnostech NESMÍ nájemce i hosté bez souhlasu pronajímatele přemísťovat zařízení, provádět opravy a jakékoli zásahy do elektrické sítě nebo jiné instalace.
5) Není dovoleno užívat vlastní elektrické spotřebiče s výjimkou holících strojků, vysoušečů vlasů a osobních počítačů.
6) Kouření je v celém objektu PŘÍSNĚ ZAKÁZÁNO!!!.
7) Pohybovat se ve vnitřních prostorech chaty jen po přezutí/vyzutí z venkovní obuvi.
8) Případnou ztrátu klíčů je host povinen nahlásit bez prodlení provozovateli a uhradit tímto způsobenou škodu.
9) Z bezpečnostních důvodů není dovoleno ponechávat děti do 10-ti let bez dozoru dospělé osoby v prostorách chalupy. Rodiče odpovídají za bezpečnost svých dětí ve všech prostorách chalupy a na jejím prostranství.
10) Za škody způsobené hostem na majetku chalupy odpovídá nájemce podle platných předpisů (dle inventurního seznamu).
11) Pronajímatel neodpovídá za věci vnesené hostem či nájemcem do chalupy, dále za peníze a cenné věci (tzn. šperky apod.)
12) K chalupě je možno přijíždět vozidly pouze po přístupové cestě a parkovat na určených místech - není dovoleno ponechání motoru v chodu.
13) Vstup na okolní pozemky, zahradu, les i parkovací plochu je pouze na vlastní nebezpečí nájemce, hosta.
14) Rozdělávání malého ohně za účelem opékání je povoleno pouze na otevřeném ohništi, v zahradním krbu, kdy po skončení je nutno, aby host tento oheň řádně uhasil.
15) Do odpadu (umyvadla, WC atd.) je zakázáno vhazovat vlhčené ubrousky a obdobné materiály, tyto patří do košů či popelnice (máme vlastní čističku odpadních vod, tak nám nepřidělávejte práci!).
16) Při ukončení pronájmu je nájemce povinen předat majiteli chatu zpět v uklizeném stavu. Vysát místnosti s kobercem, vytřít všechny ostatní místnosti, vynést odpadky, umýt všechno používané nádobí.
17) Host ubytovaný na této chalupě je POVINEN dodržovat tento ubytovací řád. V případě, že jej úmyslně poruší, má majitel právo pronájem objektu ihned bez náhrady ukončit.
18) Předání chaty v den odjezdu je do 10.00 hodin. Chata i její okolí musí být řádně uklizené. ( mimo již uvedené, dále vynešený popel z kamen, umyté rošty grilu, porovnané nespálené dřevo na určené místo atd.)
